About this game

MindLight is a fun, adventure game that uses biofeedback to help you defeat monsters, solve puzzles, and overcome challenges as you rescue Grandma from her own house that became haunted! MindLight is a cutting-edge game that not only has hours of fun but also has been shown in many scientific studies to repeatedly decrease kids’ anxiety by at least half, after only 6-8 sessions of fun and engaging gameplay. To play MindLight, you need a Garmin Watch with heart rate monitoring, or a Neurosky MindWave 2 headset. MindLight has been scientifically tested with hundreds of kids ages 8-12, but even older kids and parents love learning to use the power of their MindLight to become more brave and confident, even months after they have played the game.
