🎯 WHAT IS PLAY ODD?

Play Odd is a word puzzle game: four words appear on the screen, three share a category, one does not fit. Spot the odd word quickly. Play Odd turns that brain teaser into a fast, touch-friendly session you can finish in minutes.

Each round shows a category — Planets, Fruits, Animals, Colors, Sports, Instruments, Vehicles, Countries, Body Parts, Weather, Clothing, Food, Trees, Birds, Shapes, Seasons, or Days — and four word buttons in a two-by-two grid. Tap the word that does not belong. Correct answers add points. Wrong answers reveal the right choice so you understand why it was odd.

🧩 HOW A SESSION WORKS

Every game in Play Odd has exactly ten rounds. Puzzles shuffle from a library of fifty word sets, so playthroughs stay varied. Word positions shuffle each round too, keeping the layout unpredictable.

The screen shows round number and score. Round one displays 1 / 10. Each correct tap adds ten points — a perfect run reaches one hundred. After ten rounds, Play Odd shows Results with final score, correct count out of ten, and accuracy percentage from your answers.

📊 SCORING AND PERSONAL RECORD

Play Odd saves your personal high score on your device. The main menu shows your record with a star badge. Beat your previous score and a New Record message appears on the Results screen. Your record persists between sessions after closing the app.

Results display Score, Correct as X / 10, and Accuracy percentage. Compare your current run with your saved record to see how you performed.

🎨 VISUAL FEEDBACK AND DESIGN

Play Odd gives instant color feedback on every tap. Correct highlights green. Wrong highlights red and reveals the odd word in blue before the next round begins.

The interface uses a purple gradient background and high-contrast overlay panels. Word buttons are large and easy to tap. Flow: main menu with Play, game screen with word buttons, results with Play Again and Main Menu.

📚 CATEGORIES AND WORD LIBRARY

Seventeen categories fill the Play Odd library. Reject Banana among Mars, Jupiter, Venus. Find Chair among Apple, Banana, Orange. Spot Table beside Dog, Cat, Lion. Sports, Instruments, Vehicles, Countries, Body Parts, Weather, Clothing, Food, Trees, Birds, Shapes, Seasons, and Days appear across fifty puzzle sets.

Each session randomly selects ten puzzles and shuffles word positions every round. Press Play to start — no setup required.

🔄 REPLAY AND NAVIGATION

Play Again launches a new ten-round game with fresh shuffle. Main Menu returns home to view your saved record badge. Sessions suit breaks, commutes, or quick word puzzle moments.

The menu subtitle reads Find the odd word. Your star badge score stays visible before you tap Play.

📱 BUILT FOR MOBILE

Play Odd uses a vertical mobile layout with padded header on game and result screens so labels stay visible. Buttons use subtle scale animation on touch. All puzzle content runs locally with no mid-game downloads.
