Spanish Surfing Federation (FES)
The Spanish Surfing Federation (FES) is a private, non-profit association whose purpose is the promotion, development, and organization of surfing in Spain. It holds exclusive representation of surfing within the country and, in addition to its own responsibilities, exercises delegated public administrative functions. It comprises the regional federations (currently Asturias, the Canary Islands, Cantabria, Galicia, and the Andalusian Surfing Association), athletes, coaches, judges, clubs, and other interested groups involved in the practice of surfing.
The surfing disciplines grouped within this Federation are: Surfing, Longboarding, Bodyboarding, SUP, Bodysurfing, Kneeboarding, Skimboarding, Tandem Surfing, Town-in Surfing, and Paddleboarding.
