PlayPair is a calendar for the part of family life that lives between households: arranging things with the parents of your children's friends.
Schedule playdates for your kids, coffee with other moms and dads, and family meetups in one shared calendar, without the endless group text.
PLAYDATES, AND PLANS FOR THE GROWN-UPS TOO
Most plans are for the kids, but not all. Switch a plan to Grown-ups for coffee, a walk, dinner or a night out with friends, with no children on it. The same easy way to find a time works either way.
TWO PARENTS, ONE FAMILY
Add your partner with a short code. You both see and update the same children, and other families see each child once.
OFFER TIMES, NOT A DECISION
Suggest a few times for a playdate or a catch-up. The other parent taps what works, straight from a text message, with no app and no account needed. You see their answers as they come in, pick one, and the plan is confirmed for everyone.
WHEN NO TIME WORKS
If a parent can't do any of your times, PlayPair tells you straight away, and you can offer new times with the same people and place already filled in.
THE DAY ITSELF
One tap to say you're running late. Move the place, or send a quick message, and everyone on the plan gets a short notification.
SHARE WHAT THE DAY NEEDS
Add photos to a plan's album for the families who were there. Split a cost, such as pizza or gas, and mark who has settled up. PlayPair moves no money: it just keeps track of who owes what.
CARE DETAILS, ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE
Add allergies, snacks and emergency contacts for your children, if you want to. They stay inside your family unless you switch sharing on for that child, and then only other parents on a current plan with them can see them. Never in notifications, texts or invite links.
IDEAS WHEN YOU'RE STUCK
Find parks and playgrounds near you, plus handpicked places in some areas, and plan a visit in one tap. Parents' favorites appear once several families have rated a place. Homes are never rated.
BUILT FOR PRIVACY
No ads. No tracking across other apps. Nothing is sold. You can delete your account, or just some of your data, at any time, from inside the app.
PlayPair is for parents and caregivers aged 18 or over. Children do not have accounts.
