OTP Code Never Works! I've already emailed support about it and they said that they will launch an update within 2days, that was a week ago. I just tried again and no matter how many times I do it, the OTP code never works and always says incorrect. Even though I put the code in as soon as I receive it. Suggestion: have a different way to verify accounts because at this rate parents will never be able to login.

Dear Danielle, Apologies for not responding earlier. This issue has been resolved. We have also introduced another method of login. When you open the updated app you will see an option to login with QR code. Please click on the same and follow the instructions. Please do let us know if you are still facing any issues.

It almost does what it is supposed to. I've added two children and can only monitor one. I would like to see my special needs child's progress and spent hours checking to see if she pops up but nothing. Please tell me I can have more that one child on the system.

I love the community within the app. If you're looking for a friendly and supportive space to chat with other parents about anything that's on your mind, you'll love it. The layout is great too. Simple and easy to engage in chats on threads, just like your typical social media!
