cannot renew subscription. The email validation does not work and prevents my email from being accepted!!!

After just one week of purchasing an annual subscription, it stopped working and keep showing "invalid username/ password". I’ve sent numerous emails, but each time they just copy and paste the same response. I requested a new account with new username and password but they keep ignoring my request! Big scam, and I hope no one else falls into this trap.

Today, finally, I succeeded in installing the app after a week of subscription. But I have a new issue! The cast icon doesn't work, I couldn't cast any content on my TV. I checked the WiFi network several times to resolve this issue. But still nothing! This is the second time I have subscribed to this service. The cast was working fine before.
