After just one week of purchasing an annual subscription, it stopped working and keep showing "invalid username/ password". I’ve sent numerous emails, but each time they just copy and paste the same response. I requested a new account with new username and password but they keep ignoring my request! Big scam, and I hope no one else falls into this trap.

Today, finally, I succeeded in installing the app after a week of subscription. But I have a new issue! The cast icon doesn't work, I couldn't cast any content on my TV. I checked the WiFi network several times to resolve this issue. But still nothing! This is the second time I have subscribed to this service. The cast was working fine before. Subscribed to their 3 months basic plan today, but they sent me an invalid account details!!! I tried logging in through this app and my smart tv app, but both didn't work saying "account invalid or expired". I contacted them to ask for a fix to this problem. I will update this review upon receiving their reply. They either fix this issue or give me my money back. Otherwise, I will be reporting them to PAYPAL as a scam and filing a claim to get my money back!
