Independent support:
To respect your pace, Pleinia offers videos, podcasts and e-learning courses with formats varying in length, easily adaptable to your schedule.

Complete assessment:
Pleinia offers a complete assessment of your mental health to identify your strengths and those that deserve improvement work. To measure your progress, this assessment can be repeated regularly.

Personalized support from a coach:
At the end of the assessment, Pleinia suggests that you choose a coach with whom you can build a path of progress to anchor new attitudes beneficial to your mental health.

Training and workshops:
Pleinia also offers, in conjunction with the coach who supports you, group training and workshops in order to benefit from the knowledge of experts and the experience of other users.

Collective Challenge:
For those who are motivated by the individual or collective challenge, Pleinia offers challenges throughout the year to progress collectively.

Support for a scientific committee
To benefit from scientific advances, Pleinia is supported by a scientific committee and particularly promotes research that links the microbiota and mental health.

Pleinia is a mental health prevention application that does not offer medical care. In the event of a severe problem, recourse to a healthcare professional is necessary. Pleinia may then possibly intervene in addition and in agreement with the selected professional.
