About this app

Plenonet is a VPN service developed for customers with active subscriptions, available for use in Brazil.

Through the application, the user can authenticate their account, select an available configuration, and start or end their VPN connection directly from their device.

To use the service, an active internet connection is required, either via mobile data or a compatible Wi-Fi network.

• Creation of a VPN tunnel between the device and Plenonet servers;

• Access to the settings available for the customer's account;

USING THE VPN SERVICE

The main function of the Plenonet application is to provide a VPN connection. For this reason, the application uses the Android VpnService API.

The VPN Service is required to create and maintain a VPN tunnel on the device, routing network traffic through the selected connection while the service is activated by the user.

Without the VPN Service, the application cannot establish the VPN connection, maintain the tunnel active, or perform its main functionality.

The VPN connection is only initiated after direct user action and after authorization presented by the Android system. The user can interrupt the connection at any time through the application or device settings.

The application does not use the VPN Service to manipulate advertising, generate clicks, commit advertising fraud, or redirect traffic for monetization purposes.

Plenonet does not replace the telephone operator or internet provider. For the application to work, the device must have an active mobile data or Wi-Fi connection and a valid Plenonet subscription.

The service is available exclusively in Brazil.
