These pantries and the city of NYC should find another app. This app does not work. It crashes, and does not have basic functions in operating order, like search, and relatedly the entries are not up to date. Occasionally results or the interface defaults to Russian. Clearly no one in the Mayor's office has even looked at this app and how badly it runs, when it doesn't crash. I'd give this no stars if I could. Terrible. For years now it's just terrible.

I tried to download the app, and I couldn't do it , don't know the reason , I thought maybe was the password but it wasn't , then I tried a different email, the same thing I couldn't!!!!!!!

With Plentiful. I have the option to get food from any Food Pantry ; in any any area of my choice . However my most previous pick up date was 5 / 17 / 24 . I went to North Carolina for a few days . I m8ssed that ; now I do not know when to go back. There isn't any time or date for me to go again .I do not want to show up without an appointment.
