About this app

Plié is click and collect for your local stores. Build your basket from home, pick it up whenever suits you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Find stores around you, on a map or in a list.
2. Build your basket. You can have one open in several stores at once.
3. Pay in the app, then stop by to collect your order. We'll let you know the moment it's ready.

YOUR LOYALTY, FINALLY VISIBLE

This is the heart of Plié. Every store runs its own loyalty program, and you move through it just by shopping. Nothing to activate, no card to show at the counter.

• Three tiers, kept for life. Discovery, Regular, Preferred. Once you reach a tier, you never lose it.

• Automatic discount coupons. As you spend at a store, you unlock coupons.

• A permanent discount at the top tier. Preferred customers no longer collect coupons: they get a discount applied to every basket, automatically, with no end date.

• Free products. A merchant can slip a product into your bag to introduce you to something new. You can tell them what you thought the next day.

• What it's earned you, spelled out. Instead of reminding you how much is left to spend, each store's page tells you what you've already saved and how many products you've received.

Thresholds and discount amounts are set by each merchant, within limits guaranteed by Plié, and shown before you order. Your loyalty belongs to each store: it rewards a relationship with a merchant, not an anonymous visit.

• A search that queries every store around you at once, instead of opening them one by one.
• Detailed product pages: ingredients, allergens, nutrition facts, organic products identified.
• Several baskets in parallel, one per store, whenever you want them.

• Secure in-app payment, no need to pull out your card at the counter.

WHY PLIÉ

Local stores don't have the time or the resources to build their own app. Plié gives them one, with a loyalty program that actually holds up, and gives you a good reason to keep walking through their door.

Plié doesn't deliver, and that's a choice: you go there, so you run into your merchant.

• Rate your collected orders from 1 to 5 stars.
• "Buy 2, get 1 free" offers now show on products, in your cart and on the product page.
• Redesigned store page: the pickup slot is easier to see and to choose, coupons come first.
• If the store hasn't taken your order yet, we let you know before your slot.
• A price changed just before payment? You pay the new total, no error.
• Two-page welcome on foldable screens.
