● Service Access Permission Guide
Please allow access to a few permissions to use the PlugLink charger.
(*You can use the service even if you do not allow optional permissions, but there may be restrictions on the use of some services.)
[Essential Access Permissions]
- Camera: Used for QR code authentication when using the charger.
[Optional Access Permissions]
- Bluetooth: Bluetooth is used for wireless communication with the EV charger and for charging services (Easy Charging).
- Location: Used to recognize nearby EV chargers and for charging services (Easy Charging).
- Phone: Used to connect to the Customer Center.
- Photos and Videos: Used for 1:1 inquiry chat support at the Customer Center.
- Music and Audio: Used for notification sounds when starting and stopping EV charger usage.
※ PlugLink uses the device's location information and Bluetooth even when the app is closed or not in use to provide convenient charging services (Easy Charging) based on the user's current location and Bluetooth communication. This data is not collected and is used only for customers who have agreed to the use of the easy top-up function.
