OFFLINE IS NOT A SETTING HERE
No account. No sign-in. No servers. No ads. No analytics. Open the permission list and check: it does not even ask for internet. Everything you enter stays in this app's own storage, and out of your phone's cloud backup. Move it out with an export, or point automatic backups at a folder you pick.
