You start with a single studio apartment at Level 0.

Can you make it to Level 20?

■ If you press, it is one of three possibilities.

If successful, the building grows one level. It's not just the numbers that increase; the entire image changes.

The old studio apartment adds floors, puts up a sign, and eventually becomes something unrecognizable.

If maintained, the level remains the same. Instead, something happens. Construction gets delayed,

rent comes in, a tax bill arrives, or the building ages one year.

If destroyed… everything you've built disappears. You start again from Level 0.

■ That is why you face a dilemma every time.

You've reached Level 7. The selling price is quite high.

If you sell now, you get a guaranteed amount of coins.

If you succeed at Level 8, it gets bigger. However, there is an 8% chance that everything will vanish.

Should I go one more time, or sell now?

This game is a repetition of this question. And most people choose to go one more time.

■ You never know which building you will get

Studios, commercial buildings, and officetels each have a 32% chance. And with a 4% probability, a hidden building that doesn't belong to any of these categories will appear.

There are 65 types of designs. Even within the same studio apartment category, the appearance varies, and each design has 21 exclusive images for each level, ranging from 0 to 20.

Not many people have seen a 20-level hidden building yet.

■ We do not hide the probabilities

The success, maintenance, and destruction probabilities for each stage are all listed on the in-game "Redevelopment Probability" screen.

You can open it and check them at any time.

Redevelopment rights do not increase the probability. They merely press the button 20 times for you at the Intermediate level and 50 times for the Advanced level without coins; the probability remains the same as pressing it manually.

We wrote it down that way and made it that way.

■ Showing off is part of the game

It is a shame if you reach level 18 and no one knows. When you share a building, the image, level, and selling price are transferred, and you receive an Intermediate Redevelopment Right. This is limited to 7 times per day.

■ Things to Note

・ In-game coins, monthly rent, and selling prices are numbers used only within the game.

They are unrelated to real estate or cash and cannot be exchanged or traded with others.

・ Advanced Redevelopment Right can be purchased with real money.

You can check the quantity, price, and applicable probabilities before purchasing.

・ You receive triple the monthly rent if you watch an ad.

You will still receive the basic rewards even if you do not watch an ad, and your rewards will not decrease if you close the ad.

・ Your progress is saved on the server. If you link your Google account, it will remain the same even if you change devices.

・ You can delete your account and data directly from the `Account` screen within the game.

・ An internet connection is required to play.
