K Charger collects your phone number when you sign up for membership.
This information is collected for the following purposes: user authentication in case you lose your ID or password; sending text messages when automatically accumulating member cash; sending text messages with usage details and charges when roaming charges are settled; providing contact information for cash refunds; and notifying users when a fault report is in progress or completed.

You can opt out of phone number collection and still use the app in non-member mode.
