The Dunn Brothers apps are a complete disservice to your franchise operators, they should sue you. EVERY TIME I try and use the app(s) it is either frustrating or completely doesn't work and I end up NOT going to the store and choosing a different competitor. List of issues encountered: app doesn't load, gives network error, different stores on different apps, wrong price/calorie, location doesn't pickup, order not received at store. Way too much friction between a customer and the pick-up.

I was really hoping the new app would be better, because the last one was awful. I was wrong. I tried to place a mobile order and selected to use a free coffee reward. Because I had customized the milk I owed $.20 after the reward applied. When trying to select my payment card it tells me that orders should not be below $1 and so it will not let me place the order.

Your apps are truly the worst, including this one. On my last purchase I got a receipt for my order because my app wasn't near me. When I entered my receipt barcode in the app to earn rewards I got a notification that said "Loyalty failed, order not found" I scanned it and manually entered it, with the same result.
