Listened to feedback on location services. Still unusable on anything other than a bone stock device. Devs checked 'yes' on every tracking/ad api.

So far, my experience with the "New" app is that its hot garbage. Setting a new account up for rewards, it sent the One Time Passcode to my mail (flagged as junk), and it says "Invalid OTP" when I enter it. I requested a new code be sent. Second mail shows up, same OTP in the new message. Still says it's invalid. I guess if signing up for a rewards account is this difficult, then actually using the app must be a nightmare. Good thing there are many coffee chains with simpler rewards.

Sorry about the trouble—that’s definitely frustrating. The OTP issue has been fixed in the latest version, and sign-ups should work now. Please try again or contact support and we’ll help you right away.

This software is the worst I've ever come across. Nothing seems to work properly, I can't update anything. One example is my birthdate...it's listed as 12-8-2024...it should be 12-8-1949. I can't correct it. My points for purchases are not being updated, and I can't begin to edit my personal information at all. Dunn Brothers Coffee is excellent, but this software should be put through the grinder.
