The new app updates and desktop updates have made logging pool service much more difficult. The previous version was significantly easier to use, especially on the payment homepage. Please allow users the option to continue using the older versions of both the app and payment portal. The recent updates have reduced usability and made routine tasks less efficient. There is such thing as having too many features. If its not broke, don't change it.

This app has cost myself and fellow coworkers money. Meaning the app clocks us out after we have clocked in. The latest update sent us over 40 messages today within a 20 minute span saying we were going over the speed limit, even if driving 5 miles an hour. Edit: Today 4/9/2024 the app clocked us out numerous times within a half hour period. Edit 12/9/2025 Your training video is out of date. Can you please update to reflect the current version of your app?

Please note that you are part of our beta program for GPS tracking, which is designed to help us fine-tune features before a wider release. Half the time i input info to the app, it doesnt register that it was done until i shut down the app, open it, then sync the supposed "auto sync" at least 3 times. Idk what updates were done recently but something seriously got messed up
