PlusHeat Engineer is the field tool used by engineers working on behalf of PlusHeat in the United Kingdom.
It is not a consumer app. Access is limited to engineers on PlusHeat's dispatch roster — there is no public sign-up, and an account must already exist before you can sign in.
What engineers use it for:
• See the jobs assigned to them, with the customer's address and what the visit is for
• Share their live location with the customer while driving to a job, so the customer knows when to expect them
• Record what they found and what they did, with before and after photos
• Issue gas safety records and certificates from site
• Log a visit where the customer was not home
