Using K-Plussa's proximity-readable mobile card is easy. Turn on your phone's screen, for example by pressing the screen lock key or the home key. The mobile card works when the screen's backlight is on - there is no need to open the phone's screen lock. Close the back cover of the mobile phone to the left side of the payment terminal when processing your purchases. The checkout system recognizes the special benefits loaded on the Plussa card and directs the points accumulated from purchases to your Plussa account.

The introduction of a proximity-readable mobile card requires that you have a valid Plussa card or a bank payment card with the Plussa feature. It is possible to load the card on an Android phone equipped with the NFC feature with operating system version 5.0 or later.
