Parcelux is the official app for residents and buyers of residential developments, residential complexes, and real estate projects operating on the Parcelux platform. With a single login, you can manage your property, your maintenance fees, and visitor access—all personalized with your project's branding.
To get started, log in with the credentials provided by your development's administration. New account registration is done through your project's website.
MY PROPERTIES AND MAINTENANCE FEES
- View your lots or units and your current account statement.
- Review your payment history: regular maintenance fees, special assessments, and penalties.
- Pay online with a credit or debit card (if your project offers this option).
- Report transfers or deposits by uploading the receipt directly from your phone.
- Download your electronic invoices once payment has been processed (if your project offers this option).
QR ACCESS PASSES FOR VISITORS
- Generate temporary access passes for family, friends, suppliers, or delivery services, with an expiration date and time.
- Security personnel validate the QR code at the gate in seconds.
- Access is granted automatically only if your account is up to date—no manual action required.
- Revoke a pass at any time if your plans change.
- Protect your identity with biometric verification (fingerprint or Face ID) processed locally on your device.

- Browse the interactive map of available lots and units in your project in real time.
- Filter by zone, phase, or status (available, reserved, sold).
- Reserve a lot with a temporary reservation and continue the conversation with your advisor via WhatsApp.
- Track the status of your purchase: reservation, down payment, and finalization.

- Follow the complete timeline of your purchase process, step by step.
- View contracts, deeds, and documents that your advisor shares with you.
