This has not opened once since I installed it. 4/8/26 (update) This app has not been repaired. 5/2/26

why won't this app open 😩 I downloaded it days ago to give it some time and still nothing 😕 I've read most of the reviews and I'm pretty much having the same problem so basically you didn't update nor did you fix any bugs, I need this app in order to keep up with information I need instead of calling the company everytime I have a question.. please fix this has been going on for awhile now according to all the reviews I've read.

You really should consider putting a messaging option to communicate with the company and a "cancel policy" on the app. I have been trying to cancel my policy since last month. 3/30/26 app does not open, do not download.
