why won't this app open 😩 I downloaded it days ago to give it some time and still nothing 😕 I've read most of the reviews and I'm pretty much having the same problem so basically you didn't update nor did you fix any bugs, I need this app in order to keep up with information I need instead of calling the company everytime I have a question.. please fix this has been going on for awhile now according to all the reviews I've read.

They still haven't fixed this app. It tries to open and crashes immediately. Useless at this point.

I'm a new customer and just downloaded this app. It does not open and based on the terrible reviews this is an ongoing issue.
