First time using and trying to upload a necessary file but when I click submit, app closes, every time. Restarted phone,looked for updates. nothing helps.

Shows up as just My Account in apps list, should be PM My Account, otherwise no way to tell what it is unless you know the PM logo by heart. When app is opened there is no way to tell that it is PM app until after you log in. There should be a submit claim button on homepage of app. Has to reload policy info every time you go back to home.

Errors out every time while trying to register. It claims there is something wrong, but upon review, it cannot be found. You will have to fix this before I can do anything with it.
