It is quite impressive how a login system can be designed to fail this badly. Preventing access because of unrelated applications on a user’s phone shows a remarkable misunderstanding of both security and logic. One can only assume this rule was implemented without proper education, testing, or professional oversight. If this is considered a “security feature,” then the bar for technical competence here is clearly set very low.

app doesn't respond with the phone's set mode, notifications and app login jingle play even when on "silent/vibrate". sometimes, the app doesn't successfully switch to the banking app after successful authentication.

Doesn't work: keep saying I have a fake SSL Cert (I am a web developer and I need this cert for my work). Clicking Procede doesn't work, I get the logo and nothing happens...
