Prayagraj Municipal Corporation 24*7 (PMC 24*7) Mobile application is departmental cum citizen centric, which is user friendly and bilingual (English and Hindi) in compliance with all the GIGW parameters.
This application allows users to create requests for any kind of Nagar Nigam related Services like Property Tax Payment, New Water connection and Bill payment, Booking of Water Tanker & Open Space, Issuance of New License & its Renewal etc to Nagar Nigam. Using this Mobile application department can share their notices and circular related to citizen and in addition can monitor some of its service in which different stakeholders/vendors are available, while some of the services can be monitored by using this application, which department can also use. So, collective including these features this app will serve the needs to Department and Citizens as well. As collective this application is Departmental cum Citizen Centric.
