OneApp is an enterprise application that consolidates HR and employee daily tasks in one place.
Available only to employees with an enterprise account.

■ Time Clock
Clock in and out using GPS, with automatic location verification.
Supports approved off-site time clocking and project-based tasks.

■ Calendar and Requests
Submit leave requests, overtime requests, off-site work notifications, work date changes, and time corrections.
Track status from a single calendar and view remaining leave days.

■ Task Management and Approval
Consolidate documents awaiting approval from HR, Accounting, Projects, and other tasks.
Approve or send instantly from your mobile device.

■ News and Chat
Follow enterprise announcements, comment, and chat with colleagues in real-time.
Receive notifications for new messages or tasks.

■ Helpdesk
Open a help ticket, attach files, and track status until completion.

■ Employee Information
View and edit personal profile, contact information, family, education, and work history.
View your work schedule, performance evaluation, and payroll documents.

To use this app, you must log in with an account issued by your organization. This app is not available to the general public.

Privacy Note: The app requests location permissions to record time entries.
It only reads your location when you clock in; no background location tracking occurs.
