In order to meet the regulatory obligation to create the single document when a company employs an employee, PréMaiRis offers you its complete risk assessment software.
Simplicity being the key word, you will be able to create your unique document in record time.

The professional risk assessment software - single document is intended above all to assess the risks for small structures such as traders, craftsmen, VSEs or SMEs in any sector of activity.

The software is configured to take into account the three main evaluation criteria which are frequency, severity (identified on the associated dangers) and risk management. In this version, you can define the values ​​to apply to the different criteria yourself or simply let yourself be guided by using the default parameters. Five priority levels are defined by default but can also be modified.
A photo can be taken to illustrate each assessment you will carry out.
The built-in database will help you assess your risks by providing you with a list of hazards to consider.
The only information to be entered when starting the application is the information concerning your establishment as well as the creation of your work units (defined by trades, activities, tasks, etc.), according to your work organization.

The latest version of the PreMaiRis application includes a database to assess psychosocial risks.

The single document is generated in pdf format so that you can keep your assessments and communicate them to your staff. It can be sent to your email when it is generated.

The action plan is also achievable from the application for each assessment, if necessary.
