App does NOT work properly. We have to constantly refresh the app or we will never know if a guest has requested their vehicle. This makes the team look bad and hurts our tips! I've installed it on 2 phones and a tablet with the same results! Also, they now block out the phone number so we can no longer see where our mistake was if they didn't get a text. We have to delete and type in the whole phone number now! Just got a brand new S25 and this app keeps closing and says it has a bug! 0 stars!

This garbage app is enough for me to warn against anyone joining with PMC, unless you're ready to deal with CONSTANT crashes, bugs, terrible features etc. PMC is sabatoging their valets with this app, which makes us take everyone's information twice (sometimes three times!), and makes retrieving cars way slower with their ridiculous digital tickets that never display right for the guest. PMC's response was to push out updates that add even more bugs and crashes. Terrible company behavior

App won't load or let you login at all. completely useless, especially as they control 90% of the parking lots in this city. Get it fixed or remove it from the Play Store if it continues to fail to work.
