App does NOT work properly. We have to constantly refresh the app or we will never know if a guest has requested their vehicle. This makes the team look bad and hurts our tips! I've installed it on 2 phones and a tablet with the same results! Also, they now block out the phone number so we can no longer see where our mistake was if they didn't get a text. We have to delete and type in the whole phone number now! Just got a brand new S25 and this app keeps closing and says it has a bug! 0 stars!

was working ok before the update, now notifications dont work. Even when doing an audit it doesn't beep when scanning tickets.

won't save pictures I take of the in house report. something I must do every night I work at my shifts end. all permissions are given in app settings for PMC and camera.
