it's quick, easy, and convenient. BUT you just got to remember that once you make a transfer, it won't show on your account, but believe me, it pulled.. It takes 3 days for it to post to your external account or credit card. But I've seen it post in 1-2 days, so don't keep making transfers one after another. like I did before . Other tan that it's a great app. 👍

If you're not sure whether a transfer is on its way, check the "Scheduled" tab in the transfers widget - you will see the status and estimated delivery date. App is pretty bad. I couldn't login my first time using it - app said "loading account information" for a few minutes then kicked me out. Edit -since my last review, FCU has really cleaned up the mobile app interface. It is easy to navigate, it is easy to do transfers (inside & outside of FCU), it is easy to make mobile deposits and it is simple and quick to email customer service to let them know I'm traveling or if I have questions. Sorry FCU for it taking so long to edit my original review!

This app is not compatible with my device all of a sudden which is an overall hassle. I have 2 factor on so every time I close my browser I have to go find a code in my email then it locks again & repeat. I'm also visually impaired so I can't see on the main website & am getting behind on my bills & overdrafting because I can't keep track of the account. I'm not getting a new phone for this app so I'll have to change banks if not made available to older Android versions.

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your feedback. The two most recent versions of Android support our Mobile Banking. Older versions may work but with limited functionality. If you are using an older device, you can always log into Online Banking from our mobile-optimized homepage: https://ebanking.frontwavecu.com/Mobile. We appreciate your membership.
