About this game

Brain Ladder is a trivia game about how far you can climb before your luck runs out.

Every question is one rung on the ladder. Answer correctly and you climb. Get it wrong and you lose a life. You start with three, and the clock gets tighter the higher you go.

HOW IT WORKS

Pick from four answers before the timer runs out. You get 15 seconds a question to start, 12 seconds past rung 10, and 10 seconds past rung 20. Harder questions are worth more, and a run of correct answers multiplies what each one pays: three in a row doubles the value, five in a row triples it.

DOUBLE OR BUST

Every fifth rung is a checkpoint. Keep your score and carry on climbing, or gamble the lot on Double or Bust. Get the next question right and your score doubles. Get it wrong and you drop to zero and lose a life. That is where most runs end.
