About this app

The app School Meal Delivery System has application in School canteens etc.
In schools, campus canteen facility is provided. Students & staff uses this facility.

Students or staff will not carry cash instead they will carry the RFID Card.
The system consists of a centralized database, along with several Ticketing terminals.

We anticipate having a full time “live connection” at each location thru Internet.

At the point of sale, Students will swipe or tap their cards, doing away with the need to carry cash or wait for change. Convenience is increased by this integrated experience, which speeds up transactions and improves overall experience.

Below description of the operation :
From web portal or mobile app parents register themselves.
• After registration login credentials generated.
• Parents thereafter register their child/ children.
• Parents reserve the meal for their wards on monthly/periodically basis. In this procedure they can choose daily meal.
. Successful payment completes the meal reservation.
• Parent notified for successful booking & money receipt also generated.
• After booking parent can also opt to change the meal menu item.
• After successful payment the booking details will be available to the canteen & school administration portal.
• The meal service will be activated after back-office confirmation.
• Canteen administrator will set daily menu for periodically. Individual menu item can be defined with nutrition value.
• User can view daily menu with nutrition value at any time.
• Daily meal strength will be display in the system and how many meals are distributed.
. Two types of meal will be provided i) Normal, ii) Special. Parents will decide which type of meal they prefer for their words.
• At the time of distribution, system will indicate the student meal type whether it normal or special.
• System will not allow meal for the students, who are not activated or expire for that service.
• Every parent can login their dashboard. They can view the daily menu with nutrition value. They can also view& notify the meal take status.
