Really bad.. unable to link even the hdfc ergo policy on this app.. Looks like app is only made to make new customers, new policies.. old customer is old..and old is not gold. Have following up on emails too.. but No change. App is not identifying the policy and unable to fetch any data. Looking forward for a better service
Useless app.I think developer has developed half-hearted.Their intention is to just present an application infront of customer. Some issue continuing for almost a week.I am informing to them.But no solution.This app may be the cause to switch other health policy from HDFC ERGO.Shame on you....
Hopeless App. Tried linking my policies a number of times but doesn't happen. Its a waste of time. Didn't expect such untested app from HDFC group
Wrong info while i send my policy to email. Dialogue box says you policy expired so you cant email it. But my policy is valid upto 19 October 2018. please fix it and send a copy to my email address
The app needs to be more client friendly. Client should be able to directly call customer service/ claim registration / local claims officer to enquire progress of the claims process from direct links in the app! Another value addition would be where the total repair estimate and claim allowed and the amount to be paid by the client should be displayed and the app should send SMS alerts to client in case of any updates in the status like informing name and contact number of surveyor etc.
Pathetic app, unable to create account and login. Not responding again and again. Need significant improvement.
