About this app

PMS 3cix is the official mobile companion to the 3cix Property Management Suite — built for field staff, property managers, and site supervisors who need to log work and report from the road instead of sitting at a desk.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Submit activity reports from the field with photos that are automatically stamped with your live GPS coordinates and the time of capture, so head office can verify visits happened at the right place and the right time.
• Manage your customer list on the go — view records, attach photos directly from the camera or gallery, and keep contact details up to date without waiting to get back to a computer.
• Log in once with your 3cix account and stay signed in across sessions; your work syncs back to the central system in real time.

WHO IT'S FOR
PMS 3cix is intended for staff of organisations that already use the 3cix Property Management Suite. You will need an account issued by your organisation's 3cix administrator to sign in. The app is not a standalone consumer product and cannot be used without a 3cix backend.
PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR
• Location — used only while you are actively capturing an activity photo, to stamp the photo with your coordinates. Location is not tracked in the background.
• Camera — to take photos of customer-related work and activities.
• Photos / Media — to attach existing images from your device gallery.
• Internet — to sync your work with the 3cix backend.
We ask for these permissions only when you use the features that need them, and you can revoke any of them from Android's settings at any time. The app degrades gracefully — for example, if you deny location access, a plain camera photo is captured without the GPS overlay.
PRIVACY
PMS 3cix only collects and transmits data that you explicitly submit through the app (login credentials, activity photos, customer record updates). It does not contain advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or location tracking outside the photo-capture flow. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, linked from the Play listing.
