be careful when booking parking on the app. Tried to pay for 12 hours at 7pm only for it to say my parking will end at 2am.. that's 7 hours not 12. If someone didn't catch this mistake they would have gotten back to a boot on their car and a hefty fine to get it removed. The hours which you think you are paying for are never correct. The regular html website works fine though.

Physically Painful. I can't really call this the worst app in the world because it's not really an app so much as a port to a website. But that may be the worst website in the world. I guess if they start improving customer experience they'll have to charge more for parking so they got that going for them. Fast, cheap, easy. Pick 2.

Scam: Sure you pay $45 for parking, but it's not their problem when they still boot your vehicle. After producing the email receipt, i didn't have to pay fine of them booting my car. But This business doesn't see it as an issue that they failed to uphold their end of the contract. I buy time for the company's spot, and you don't boot me. When asked for a refund, having been wrongly had my car detained, the agent and the agent's boss could only say, "we don't do that." Incompetent company.
