About this app

Who is it for
The application is intended for pn365.net users. You log in with the same username and password as on the web. After a successful login, you can unlock the application with your fingerprint or phone PIN the next time. Biometrics does not replace logging in — logging in to your pn365.net account remains mandatory.

What the application contains
• GPS route recording, even when the phone is in your pocket
• OpenStreetMap map with the actual route traveled (free)
• GPS points are saved even when offline; map tiles are loaded when the internet is available again
• On the route overview: driving status, map, places, distance, mileage, costs and per diem with the selected country
• After logging in, you select the company, driver, vehicle and route type: per diem travel or local / city routes
• You select the per diem country from the PN365 code list (e.g. Slovenia, Italy). The application does not automatically determine it from GPS.
• Per diems are calculated by the hour depending on the selected country (reduced, half, full). Per diems are not calculated for local / city routes.
• Kilometers
• Additional costs (parking, tolls, fuel, overnight stays, etc.) with currency
• Notes are written in the Report on the trip order
• Initial and final mileage are optional
• Schedule when the GPS should record (Monday-Friday, optionally Saturday and Sunday)
• When idle, after a set number of minutes, it asks you whether you want to continue or end the route. The route does not end on its own.
• A new route starts with a clean draft
• Transfer of the task, routes, per diems, costs and notes to pn365.net
• Slovenian interface with bottom navigation: Home, Settings, Transfer, Profile

How to get started

Log in with your pn365.net username and password.
Select a company, driver, vehicle and route type. For daily allowance travel, also select the daily allowance country.
Optionally, set the recording schedule, rest reminder, and mileage counter.
Press Start trip. When finished, press End trip.
Complete the purpose, expenses, and notes, then Upload to PN365.
The app does not replace the online pn365.net. You can still edit, print, or export your travel orders in your account.

Permissions
The app requires location permission to record your trip. Internet is required for logging in, transferring the order, and displaying the map. The GPS track can also be recorded temporarily offline; downloading and map tiles require internet. The fingerprint or PIN remains on the phone and is not sent to the server.
