From your next dose to your next appointment, keep medication details close and give family members a clear way to help. Pocket Med List brings your medication list, pill reminders, daily dose log, and health readings together.

MAKE SENSE OF YOUR MEDICATION ROUTINE
Keep medication names, strengths, directions, and schedules in one place. Add remaining quantities and refill details so they are easy to find when you need them.

TAKE EACH DAY ONE DOSE AT A TIME
See what is due next. Set medication reminders, record a dose as taken, choose Remind me later, or log a skipped dose. Review your activity and correct an entry when needed. Reminder delivery depends on notification permissions and device settings.

BRING A CLEAR LIST TO YOUR NEXT VISIT
Review your medications one at a time before an appointment. Note what you take as listed, what you take differently, what you have stopped, and what you are unsure about. Share the resulting patient-reported list with your care team to help start the conversation.

LOG BLOOD PRESSURE AND GLUCOSE
Record readings from your own blood-pressure monitor or glucose meter. See recent entries, seven-day graphs, averages, and ranges alongside your medication records. Your phone does not measure blood pressure or glucose.

LET TRUSTED PEOPLE HELP
Invite a family member or caregiver and choose view-only or help-manage access. They can review the invitation and open your shared account from their own login. You can remove access at any time, and care members can leave a connection when they need to. Previously shared copies outside the app cannot be recalled.

LOOK BACK WITH MORE CONTEXT
Review your dose log and weekly medication summary. Optional Pocket Med List Pro adds full health-reading history, monthly reports, and PDF export for a longer view of your recorded information.

START WITH THE EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS
Your medication list, daily dose log, basic care sharing, and seven-day health graphs do not require Pro. Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions are optional; Google Play shows local prices and availability. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play. Deleting your app account does not cancel a subscription.

Records reflect information entered in the app. They do not replace a clinician's medication review or confirm that a dose was taken. Always follow your healthcare professional's instructions; do not change a medication or dose based only on the app.

What’s new

Sign in and get started faster. Email verification is now available later from Profile, so you can start using your medication list right away. This update also fixes the verification screen appearing during sign-out and improves account switching. Verification emails now use Pocket Med List’s branded links.
