I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received concerning my watch. Despite sending multiple emails over an extended period, my requests for repair have been consistently ignored, even though I clearly stated my willingness to cover all associated costs from the beginning. Adding to my frustration, after six years, the watch has now been inexplicably removed from my associated app account, and I am unable to relink it.

Really bad and glitchy!! I can't upload anymore. I buy the watches, take artistic shots and I can't even share it. The only thing it does right is to authenticate the nfc in the watch. A real letdown regarding the app, sad because the watches are great!!

Esp after updating to the newer version the app has not been responding, and that's one of the reason I missed out on the limited edition sale which is only through the app, please fix it..otherwise unless the app is perfect don't restrict it to only app purchases. Thanks. The issue was on Samsung galaxy s10+ with android 10 OS.
