The bank syncing and the tool itself are really good. But the interface is very complex. All I really want (and I can't be alone in this) is a simple view of how my spending tracks against budget, both by category and overall. The info is in there, but it's buried amongst lots of clutter. Just because you can show a widget or graph doesn't mean you should.

TLDR: App average, Website service amazing! The app itself is quite limited in its usage, will be good for keeping up with managing individual transactions, and glancing at the provided summaries, not much more. The real assets lie in the functionality of the website portal. Extensive options and customisations available. Highly recommend if you want lots of options and flexibility to manage all of your finances in as much detail as you want

I'm impressed with the overall functionality of pocketsmith. Yes the app is not as good as the web app but provides all required functionality. For me Pocketsmith was a game changer. Finally it's easy to see where and how you spend your money.
