This app works in tandem with the web interface for Pocomos Pest Control Software. Technicians are able to run their whole route from the convenience of the app. They can add new customers, enter product usage, capture job and contract signatures, attach job photos, enter job notes, accept payments, reschedule jobs and much more all from an easy-to-use native mobile experience.

Ratings and reviews

Useful, but annoyingly buggy. When it works it's good, but the App reloads randomly all the time, losing your progress. It's also a bit clunky in what you have to do on the website on desktop vs in App, along with several little annoyances like being a technician that works at multiple branches, no tags on secondary costomer #s. It's been broken for so long on all our teams iPhones and Samsungs, it's now just part of the office culture to complain, then work around the issues.

absolutely awful app! every up date the app force close when trying to complete the job or do anything. don't get me started on the web-based side of things NIGHTMARE 100% not user friendly at all!! I work for mosquito shield huge company and they won't let us use anything else. getting through my day is a painful experience. don't use pocomos save your self a headache

the absolute worst app I've ever used for work congratulations you just cost mosquito shield of Maine and New Hampshire a employee I just quit today because of this app constantly crashes while you're in the middle of trying to input information for your stop makes you restart and putting information after it crashes can't get to my stops without a work and app and one of the creators David says that I'm the only one in the company having this issue the update on August 1st 2025 sucks
