About this app

POCTech CGM is a companion mobile application designed to be used only with POCTech Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) hardware (a compatible POCTech CGM transmitter and sensor).
This app does not work as a standalone glucose monitoring solution. Without a connected POCTech CGM transmitter, the app cannot provide real-time glucose readings.

When paired with POCTech CGM hardware via Bluetooth, the app helps you:
• Receive CGM signals from the POCTech transmitter and convert them into glucose readings
• View real-time glucose values and trends
• Store your historical data and review charts
• Analyze glucose patterns over time
• Share your glucose data with your healthcare provider or family members (optional)
• Support Apple Health / HealthKit integration (where available)
