LabSyria is an Arabic-first app for medical laboratory science, built for laboratory scientists and students in Syria and the region. Everything in it is free.
The Academy
Six full courses in Arabic covering quality control, pre-analytics, clinical chemistry, haematology and sample collection. Every module ends in a quiz, and finishing a course issues a certificate carrying a verification ID that any employer or body can check at learn.labsyria.com.
Tools that run on your device, offline
A Levey-Jennings simulator with Westgard rules for reading control results. A conventional to SI unit converter. Clinical calculators including eGFR, corrected calcium, anion gap and sigma metrics. A reference range table and a bilingual glossary. All of it computes on your device, so it works in any laboratory whatever the connection. Every calculator and every reference table names the published source behind its numbers, from CKD-EPI and CLSI to WHO and NICE, and a Sources and references screen collects all of them in one place.
The lab assistant
Ask about quality control, pre-analytics, or standards such as ISO 15189 and get an answer in Arabic, grounded in the app's own content. Educational only: it does not diagnose and does not interpret an individual patient's result. When the connection drops it answers from the content stored on your device.
Library and store
Professional articles and a searchable glossary, plus a directory of instruments and reagents available in Syria.
No sign-in. No advertising. No tracking. Your progress and certificates stay on your device.
