About this app

Pode Morar is the application that makes life easier for Grupo Direcional's customers. Residents of the Direcional and Riva developments find, in this tool, everything they need in the palm of their hand.

The application has an intuitive and modern interface, and has the functionality of an exclusive agenda, ideal for you to schedule and organize all your appointments. It's more practical for you to talk to Direcional and stay on top of everything about your property.

What do you find around here?

On the main page, the customer can access the following menus: My Profile, My Property, Requests, Financial, Help Me.

In addition to having quick access to the Statement, My Boletos, Anticipate Installments, New Requests, and Documents. The client can select their property, have access to photos and the progress of the work and a calendar with their appointments. It will also contain a nominate and win banner, and financial notifications and requests for your property.

In the My Profile section, by clicking on edit, the customer will be able to update their registration data, change their e-mail address, change their password and include their photo.
In the My Property menu, you can access the documents, timeline, news and videos referring to your apartment.

In Requests, the customer can open requests/schedules, cancellations and follow-up requests/schedules.

In the Financial menu, you can generate bills, statements and income tax statements for your property. In addition to being able to monitor paid and outstanding installments as well.

The Help Me section is to answer all questions and provide additional information for our customers.

Depois de meses pagando, agora aparece que meu CPF nao esta cadastrado no sistema, da erro pra fazer login o tempo todo faz um mes que nao consigo logar, nao sai de manutenção e pra gerar o codigo pix é um sufoco! Que situação!

PÉSSIMO, TRAVA POR MESES!!!! Não permite restaurar a senha pois mostra um email de outra pessoa. Tive que pagar juros de 2 meses porque o aplicativo ficou travado por 3 meses.

tem quase uma semana que meu aplicativo só fica "em manutenção " não consigo acesso desde que fiz o adiantamento de parcelas do parcelamento da entrada que dei. Não respondem meus e-mail e nem telefonemas e como farei com as próximas parcelas???
