This game was a huge disappointment. We reached level 445 and we had about 5900 coins. The game reloaded itself somehow and started all over again and this was not the first time this happened. It started back on Level 1 and 100 coins. This was a really great game. Can you please sort this problem please.

I enjoy playing the game. The only reason it lost a star was its continued refusal to accept some words as bonus words. A simple word as heir is not on the board shouldnt it go to the bonus satchel? Nooo this game doesnt accept it. Why it that and can you please do something about it

This game keeps freezing when it goes from one level to another. I have to keep reloading the game.
