PodsCool is where families find small-group learning pods — and where teachers run them.

A pod is a real class with a real teacher and a handful of students. Not a video library, not an AI tutor. Someone qualified, teaching a small group, on a schedule you can see before you enroll.

FOR FAMILIES

Browse pods by subject, grade level, schedule and format — online, in person, or a mix. Every listing shows the teacher, the days and times, the price per class, and how many seats are left, so you know what you're committing to before you pay.

Enrol in a few taps. See exactly what you'll be charged and when, including a prorated first month if you join mid-way. Cancel from the app, with the refund shown before you confirm.

Once your child is in a pod you can see the work that's been set, what's been turned in, what's still due, and the grades and feedback their teacher has left. Message the teacher directly. Ask for a different time if the schedule stops working. Pull a receipt for anything you've paid — useful if you're claiming through an ESA or education savings program.

Younger children can have a managed profile with just a first name and grade. Older students can have their own sign-in, connected to a parent who does the enrolling.

FOR STUDENTS

See everything you owe in one place, sorted by when it's due. Turn in work from your phone, take quizzes, read your teacher's feedback, and ask questions in class discussions.

FOR TEACHERS

Create a pod, set your schedule and your price, and publish it to families looking for exactly what you teach. Post assignments, questions, quizzes and materials. Grade work and release results when you're ready. Run office hours. Track what you've earned and when you'll be paid.

Cancel a class and every family is told, with the money adjusted automatically.

HOW WE HANDLE CHILDREN'S DATA

We keep a first name and grade for a child — never a surname or a home address. A student's submitted work is visible to their teacher and their parent, and to nobody else. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

PodsCool is free to download. You pay only for the pods you enroll in.
