About this app

PA28 Performance computes all the useful performance numbers for flight planning for Piper model PA28 Dakota, Archer, Warrior, and Cruiser aircraft. It includes calculations for takeoff, landing, climb, cruise, descent, instrument procedures as well as emergencies. It also includes an interactive hold calculator, a risk analysis tool, and an emergency glide distance calculator that handles head and tailwinds.

PA28 Performance is also available as a WebApp (an App that runs in a browser) that runs on a variety of platforms (PC, Mac, tablets, phones). The Cloud Sync feature allows flight planning profiles entered on any device to be synchronized with your other devices when connected.

Commercial instructor. very useful app, I often operate from very performance limiting airports at mtow and invaluable. Really need ability to modify figures as pulled in values from piper, ac limits arms mtow are wrong and differ from poh. Uses so many fixed values that REALLY need to be editable. pulling in nearest metar is excellent feature as density alt makes big difference in my work.

Crashes the page when trying to update the rego or airport and can't seem to edit any other fields on Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5. Looks like a very promising app though. *Edit* it only seems to be when the mobile is folded out in the tablet form that this happens. Folded in, it has no issues. Tried the settings but no luck.

Simple to use, fast and lightweight!! I know foreflight can do all the stuff, however I don't have any iOS devices. This app does all the calculations for me using the POH values and I have a great overview of most of the performance information I need for my Piper.
