Ratings and reviews

This app has come a long way in the last 2 years. The main problem I have now is the very infrequent times when it logs you out of the app, which then requires me to log in before I can unlock or start my car. If you're in an area with no cell service you could be left without a way to drive your car until you manage to get Internet access and log in. This would be a major hassle, and I would probably return with a 1 star review if it happened.

The app quite regularly logs me out for no reason, which is a pain. Now it wants me to pair with a car again, which is a pain and frustrating. Why? And I can't pair it again as the app, despite my phone being connected to the car. When it does work it would be good to have greater control of the car. For instance if I turn on climate control remotely I should be able to decide on the temperature whereas it defaults to 22 degrees, which isn't ideal if it's mega hot or cold outside.

works maybe 1/100 times locking my car or starting ghe climate. finding chargers on the app isn't an easy task. they don't partner with any other charging networks so you don't get an easy way to pay. instead you need four different applications. You can't schedule a service through the application you have to go to their website and file a ticket. how about streamlining where I file a ticket and you come fix my car that's $$$$$$$ dollars? there's no way to access on board cameras.
