How fast was that car? Point your phone at the road and Speed Estimator gives you a speed reading in real time — no radar, no extra hardware, no internet connection.

Speed Estimator turns your camera into a vehicle speed detector. On-device AI recognizes cars, trucks, buses and motorbikes as they pass, tracks them frame by frame, and estimates how fast they are moving in km/h or mph.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
• Does it need internet? No. Vehicle detection runs entirely offline, on your device.
• How accurate is it? Once calibrated, close enough to compare passes and tell fast traffic from slow — but it is an estimate, not a measurement.
• Does it work at night? The camera needs to see the vehicle, so daylight or a well-lit street works best.
• Can I measure my own speed while driving? No. It is made to be used from the side of the road, with a phone that is not moving.
• Which vehicles does it detect? Cars, vans, trucks, buses and motorbikes.
