Ratings and reviews

One of the worst services. The only thing they make easy is to pay. You have to get a callback for everything else like cancellation, confirmation of the policy, etc. If you call yourself instead, they'll waste your time and money pushing services you didn't ask for, but still won't do what you called for, for which you'll again need to get a callback. And the callbacks either don't come at all or come when you are unavailable.

“Buying a new policy is incredibly easy—just visit their app, and you’ll receive endless calls instantly. But when it comes to raising a claim, the experience is completely different. You may have to call them countless times, yet there’s little to no response. Quick to sell, but slow to support when it truly matters.”

I strongly do NOT recommend Policybazaar for investment or policy purchase. My experience has been extremely disappointing, especially in terms of misleading expectations and poor returns. The platform focuses more on selling policies rather than helping customers understand what they are actually buying. Once the policy is purchased, support and clarity become very limited. If you are serious about your financial security, avoid third-party platforms and go directly to the insurance company.
