Very disappointing experience with . I purchased a bike insurance policy through their app and entered my vehicle number correctly, everything initially appeared accurate. However, when I received the policy document, the model and variant were completely different. I raised a request to correct this mistake, but instead of resolving it, they are asking me to pay extra charges. The amount they are demanding is almost equal to the cost of buying a new policy. This is unfair and unprofessional.

One of the worst services. The only thing they make easy is to pay. You have to get a callback for everything else like cancellation, confirmation of the policy, etc. If you call yourself instead, they'll waste your time and money pushing services you didn't ask for, but still won't do what you called for, for which you'll again need to get a callback. And the callbacks either don't come at all or come when you are unavailable.

Very frustrating experience. I only visited their website to check their services, and soon started receiving repeated calls from multiple sales representatives. When I asked if they could check whether someone from their company had already contacted me, they had no idea. It seems visitor details are shared widely without proper coordination, resulting in excessive and unnecessary calls. This feels intrusive and unprofessional.
