When it comes to the real claim process after a mishap, service is pathetic. Their recommended garage itself failed to upload the required details which created issues for me and major amount of the claim got rejected. Only a negligible amount was received as settlement. And it took almost 3 months to complete the whole process. Waste of time, energy and follow ups, all for almost nothing. Very unhappy. Ultimately I'm at loss. That's all.

Very unsupportive . All the time the customer support team calls but never solve the issue. also listed many unsupportive companies . I bought car insurance from Digit company which policybazar listed above in all others . But digit is very unsupportive company as when i lodged claim they respond me after 8 days and my car was in garage which causes great problems to me . Also Digit doesn't support customer they will totally deny the claims without giving a penny . Dont buy from Digit

Had a terrible experience with PolicyBazaar for my car insurance renewal. Despite giving correct details and documents, they issued a policy with the wrong car make and model. The insurer then refused to correct it and asked me to buy another policy, and now I can’t get a comprehensive one. PolicyBazaar is still charging a cancellation fee for their mistake.
