Ratings and reviews

One of the worst services. The only thing they make easy is to pay. You have to get a callback for everything else like cancellation, confirmation of the policy, etc. If you call yourself instead, they'll waste your time and money pushing services you didn't ask for, but still won't do what you called for, for which you'll again need to get a callback. And the callbacks either don't come at all or come when you are unavailable.

My money has been stuck for over 20 days. Every time I follow up, the refund date keeps getting extended with no resolution. I’ve made multiple calls and even requested escalation, but no one ever got back to me. This is extremely poor customer support and a very frustrating experience. Until today, I have neither received my refund nor any proper response. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying insurance through this platform. Reply: i already have sent an email but No refund.

I regret choosing this service. My fund have been stuck for over 20 days with no resolution. Every follow-up only results in further delays. I’ve made several calls to resolve the issue but no result. After 20 days, finally they updated a policy in the app but it turned out to be someone else’s policy, not mine. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing insurance from this platform
