once the policy expires, they start making thousands of bot calls to get it renewed. I called their customer service and requested them not to call me repeatedly, but they replied in a rude and unprofessional way, saying things like 'block kar lo.' They know very well that they call from hundreds of different numbers, which makes it impossible to block them all. I think it's better to buy insurance from the offline market to avoid such annoying calls.

Policy Bazaar 's service very worst response. Very delay service, more than 20days till now policy didn't issued to me . i submitted more than 10 documents but daily they asking same document. they initially said , if didn't like you can cancel any times, money will return. but till now they're not responding. Whenever they call, they are just silent & don't speak & then the call gets disconnected. Or they call early in the morning, or they only ring for two seconds and then disconnect.

Very bad experience. I installed the app just yesterday midnight and within 12 hours I have got 3 calls from them to purchase policy and all. looks like they are just there to irritate people as soon as someone installs the app. Uninstalling it. Dear policy bazaar if you want to be good at your business. The first thing is stop this nonsense of irritating people with so many calls.
