They do a credit check if you log in to the new app. Why ? That's you, Bank, who changed the app. Why should the customer have a credit score decrease because of you ? I have CC with them for almost 3 years, Allways paid on time etc. They never increased the spending limit, and again, if you request, credit score check, what ? And you have to request by yourself. Also, the biometrics on the app never work. They have to input the pass manually. Very bad bank, very bad app, shame, shame, shame...
