UPDATE TO BELOW 12.4.19: Poll everywhere did eventually refund my money. They made sure to let me know they were doing me an extreme favor. I would like to see them reword their user agreement from "can downgrade at any time" to "can downgrade at any time, but pricing won't change until the end of your billing cycle, which for an annual plan, means you will be out the cost of the year regardless of when you select downgrade on the plan page." This app is extremely predatory in their pricing. They have set up their site so that after an upgrade, you can't downgrade until the end of your billing cycle. I upgraded for a temporary project not realizing they would charge me for a full year immediately and then wouldn't let me change my plan for a year. It cost me $500 of my personal money. They are refusing to refund my money. I'm reporting them to everyone. Please do the same. I am a single mom and Christmas is coming. I am livid.

Forced to download the app since the online website never worked. You'll be put in a loop of signing in and authorization. There is many poll apps, one I had a teacher use was clicker, that worked much better without having to give up your email and info. Teachers avoid Edit: this can tank your grade students please talk to your teacher if they use Edit 2: read other reviews same issues and 5 stars reviews seem botted as they respond the same

Whenever I open the app, I get a message that says "This is taking longer than expected, please check your internet connection". When I try to log in, I get a message that says "Unable to login, please try again". I have tried clearing the data and even uninstalling the app on my phone to no avail. Please fix this app because I need it for class!
