offer for free half chicken in app doesn't work cause when you buy the whole chicken then try to get the free half there's no code to ad or option. I even asked the cashier and he didn't know how to add it. he asked a manager and she doesn't speak English. what the heck. then I added my free churo for using the app. it says cant be applied. paid 55$ and to top the bad visit off they are out of the drink I wanted lol. fail times 3. do better. hire English speakers especially for management

had an account with points, came back to use after some while.... im shocked that the account is no longer in the database. they decided to erase my account for no reason. I can't even make password reset. I have emails showing purchase history... what a scam sadly ill be uninstalling the app

I downloaded the app, I have Android. The app doesn't work at all. I uninstalled and installed again, but doesn't fix nothing. I talked to the employee from the store she gave me a phone number where I can complain about this issue, the lady from the complain area told me more people have the same issue. Hopefully they fix it quick so I can get rewards. I love this chicken.
